The Yacht KID real estate project has been shortlisted for the SHARE Architecture Awards 2024

The SHARE Architecture Awards is a prestigious event that honors excellence in architecture and design in Central and Eastern Europe

The Yacht KID real estate project, developed by the KID Group in the northern area of Bucharest, along the shores of Lacul Tei, has made it to the shortlist of the prestigious SHARE Architecture Awards 2024, which celebrates outstanding architecture in Central and Eastern Europe. With an investment of 35 million euros and benefiting from a contemporary architectural concept designed by X Architecture & Engineering, Yacht KID is now in the running for a SHARE Architecture award on October 8, 2024, in Athens, Greece, where a jury of specialists will determine the winning projects.
