The technology used in the construction of the buildings in the Yacht Kid residential project is truly impressive! Every detail has been considered to ensure the strength, safety, and aesthetics of the buildings.

To begin with, the reinforced concrete structural framework has been strengthened using post-tensioning technology, in line with the highest standards. This means that the structure is strong and will endure over time.

The walls between the apartments are built using confined masonry, ensuring a solid construction that can withstand various loads and movements.

Railings and terraces

The railing system is truly special! It has been tested and received technical approvals from the Institute for Research in Construction and Construction Economics (INCERC). The railings are made with aluminum profiles and laminated safety glass, providing extra protection. Even if the glass breaks, the lamination technology prevents the pieces from falling and reduces the risk of accidents.

The glass is integrated into aluminum alloy profiles, which are anchored to the reinforced concrete slab of the building. This ensures a harmonious integration and long-term durability.

We cannot overlook the decorative elements for the balcony soffits, which are truly remarkable. These are made from composite panels produced with modern technology, complementing the architectural style of the buildings.

For the terraces, innovative technology has been used to replace traditional screeds with a lightweight yet durable, thermal-insulating material capable of withstanding high pressures. Thus, the terraces maintain excellent durability over time and provide optimal thermal insulation.

Waterproofing

Regarding the waterproofing of the terraces, robotically welded PVC membranes and sealed EPDM membranes have been used to ensure effective protection against water infiltration. Additionally, the finish with floating ceramic installation facilitates repairs in case of minor issues, allowing for easy replacement of individual tiles without affecting the entire terrace.

Interior elements

Yacht Kid, the residential project that exudes elegance and refinement, does not compromise on quality and attention to detail when it comes to the interior elements. Here are some details about the exceptional interior fittings and finishes of this project:

  • The interior doors, in an elegant white color, are made by NUSCO Texture, ensuring a modern appearance and attractive design. These doors add a touch of refinement and integrate perfectly into the design of the apartments.
  • The access door to the apartment is of the ALIAS SILVER type, providing enhanced security through a side locking system. This is a burglar-proof armored door that offers high-quality sound and thermal insulation. The retractable threshold allows for convenient entry and exit.
  • The sanitary fixtures, such as the toilet from LAUFEN and the custom-made composite sink, harmoniously combine functionality and aesthetics. These have been carefully selected to complement the modern and elegant design of the bathrooms.
  • The ceiling finish is spectacular. In the living room and bedrooms, Barrisol stretch ceilings are used, bringing a sophisticated look and unique lighting effects. In the kitchen and bathroom, the ceiling is clad with drywall, providing a clean and tidy appearance.
  • The elevator used in the building is from Schindler and has a nominal speed of 1.6 m/s, ensuring fast and efficient movement between floors. The elevator has a nominal load capacity of 630 kg and is classified as energy class A, making it an economical and ecological element that contributes to the building’s energy efficiency.
  • Underfloor heating is an innovative and pleasant aspect of the climate control installations. This solution offers exceptional thermal comfort, and the large radiant surface effectively transmits heat, making it much more comfortable than traditional radiator systems. Thus, the living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and hallways benefit from high-quality triple-layered parquet flooring from Tarkett, adding elegance and ambient warmth.

The team behind the Yacht Kid residential project has brought together all these details with love and care to create a home where you can truly feel at home. This attention to finishes and comfort is also reflected in generous residences designed for a premium way of living. Welcome to the journey toward comfort and elegance!
