The building envelope closure system with prefabricated panels, featuring a proprietary innovation patent, has been tested and technically approved by the Institute for Construction Research and Economics (INCERC) for seismic, air, water, and wind insulation. The panels are much lighter than conventional masonry, providing superior seismic performance. The panels are equipped with intelligent sealing systems provided by the German industrial giant ISO CHEMIE.
The use of polyurea in parking areas is an ideal solution due to its remarkable waterproofing and flexibility properties. This material forms a uniform, seamless barrier, preventing water infiltration and protecting the parking structure from cracks, corrosion, and other damage caused by external factors.
Due to its unique flexibility properties, polyurea is the only waterproofing material that can adapt to the natural movements and contractions of concrete, thus preventing the occurrence and expansion of cracks. This feature makes it perfect for areas with heavy traffic and temperature variations, ensuring high durability and minimal long-term maintenance.
Another element that sets us apart in the market is the attention to post-sale costs. To reduce maintenance expenses, we have invested in efficient solutions such as cleaning robots and a special machine for basement cleaning, operated by a single person.
Facade
Top-of-the-line aluminum joinery from Reynaers and the thermal insulating windows with Saint-Gobain glass offer superior energy efficiency.
The large Saint-Gobain glazed windows ensure optimal lighting of the interior space and create a harmonious opening to the exterior. Additionally, the reduced use of artificial lighting leads to lower energy consumption. Saint-Gobain glazing allows natural light to enter while reflecting two-thirds of solar heat, thus preventing the overheating of rooms. As a result, the need for air conditioning is significantly reduced, leading to a considerable reduction in energy consumption.
High-performance glazing can improve energy efficiency and reduce costs by over 30% compared to single glazing. The airtight system retains heat inside while allowing natural light to efficiently warm the home during winter.
The decorative elements for the undersides of balconies are made from advanced composite panels, produced using technology that ensures durability and resistance in extreme conditions. These panels are crafted with exceptional attention to detail, allowing for high-quality finishes and elegant architectural design.
The tempered glass railings, approved by KID at INCERC (Institute for Construction Research and Economics), feature the largest glass sheet sandwich on the market, 10-2-10, providing superior safety. In the event of an incident where the glass breaks, due to lamination technology, the glass remains fixed, preventing it from falling. The glass is framed in a continuous extruded aluminum profile, which is firmly attached to the building’s reinforced concrete floor slab.
Ventilated facades with HPL and the patented leather print from YACHT KID offer superior energy efficiency and durable protection. The use of HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) as a facade finish brings numerous advantages. HPL is an extremely weather-resistant material, UV- and moisture-resistant, making it ideal for outdoor use. It ensures a long lifespan for the facade without significant damage over time. The use of HPL in ventilated facades creates an air gap between the insulation layer and HPL, which helps manage moisture and improves the building’s energy performance. HPL is a recyclable material, and many products are made from renewable resources, making it a more eco-friendly choice compared to other traditional solutions.
Interior
The stretch ceiling with YACHT KID’s patented hidden profile offers multiple advantages, both aesthetically and functionally. The hidden profile eliminates the visibility of any fasteners or supports, creating a continuous and uniform surface. The materials used for stretch ceilings are easy to clean and resistant to dirt.
Floating tiles are used on terraces and balconies, combining safety, durability, and modern aesthetics. The installation system on supports creates a space between the tiles and the base surface, allowing for ventilation and water drainage, preventing water or moisture accumulation that could damage the structure. Floating tiles are resistant to temperature changes, weather conditions, and wear. This makes them suitable for outdoor areas such as terraces and balconies, where exposure to sun, rain, or snow is frequent.
